Mycel is a representation of what it means to be connected.  Mycelium is the underground network of the earth, allowing plants, trees and mushrooms to communicate with each other, share water and nutrients as well as sending warnings.  We have lost our connections to the earth, to all of nature.  We can benefit ourselves and the world as a whole if we work to re-establish these connections.

Mediums used to create Mycel include the following: old plant stand, chicken wire, shredded junk mail, packing paper, pillow batting and spray paint.
